Our ancestors harnessed the power of creating and attributing significance to objects in order to strengthen themselves and confront the unknown. From Paleolithic Venus figurines and Gothic prayer nuts to talismans and souvenirs, we continue to imbue everyday objects with emotions and meaning.

This interactive exhibition invites you to become aware of this power and to engage with specially designed objects in an inspiring and novel way. Visitors are encouraged to touch and explore these playful instruments, designed to connect with the subconscious.
